Warranty support varies depending on the product & brand, so we've described the general process below in 4 easy steps to help illustrate the flow:
If your item(s) develop a fault through normal day-to-day use, after the initial 30 days period, please refer to your user manual provided to try and diagnose and fix the fault yourself.
2) CONTACT MANUFACTURER
If you are unable to fix the fault yourself, please contact the manufacturer (see the section below to get the right contact information) to find out how to submit a claim against your manufacturer's warranty in the event that you cannot fix the problem yourself.
3) SPEAK TO SWOOSH SCOOTERS
If you're still stuck, get in touch with us and we can help instruct repairs at one of our partner repair facilities*, Don't forget to have your order information to hand so we can help you faster.
